*Submission of this form does not finalize your Sponsorship of your Team. To complete your sponsorship:

• Your team must register to compete in the event. This submission to sponsor them does not register them, only the coach can do this. Feel free to reach out to your coach so they know you wish to sponsor them.

• Payment must be received. Please ensure that the Lodge sends the required payment to IMSAP. Be sure to list what school(s) you are sponsoring.

Once the payment has been received you will be marked as a Sponsoring Lodge.
